SoundBlaster X-Fi has problems with nForce 4-chipsets

Creative has now admitted that there are some compatibility problems with its new sound card SoundBlaster X-Fi and nVidia’s chipset nForce 4. Several owners has been reporting about the problems in among others Creative’s own forum and now Creative has responded to the problems in the forum. It informs about what cards that might be affected and how the problems appears and behaves. It seems many mainboard manufacturers have already released new BIOSes that solves these problems and for those who haven’t done this Creative promises to help with exchanging the X-Fi-cards to card with updated firmwares instead.
