SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio Notebook

Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio Notebook is nothing less than an X-Fi-based sound card for laptops. The card uses the ExpressCard 54 interface and offers up to 7.1 audio through an external dongle. Several of the desktop X-Fi card’s functions have been transferred to the portable format, including the Crystalizer technology and CMSS3D, for the ultimate audio experience with your laptop. The card also have a headphone output and a microphone output directly on the card, which means that the dongle can be left at home. The card has only been launched in Japan, but should arrive in the west sometime soon. The price is 12 800 YEN ($107).
