Memory maker SuperTalent has launched a new DDR3 memory kit that not only sports fine specifications with a clock freuency of 2,000 MHz but also good capacity. With six 4GB modules the kit has a total capacity of 24GB and is designed for the LGA1366 platform.
SuperTalent specifies the kit to CL9 timings at 1.65V after testing it on ASUS Rampage III Extreme. The kit will start shipping today, but the price was not mentioned in the press release.
SuperTalent is not the first to announce overclocked 24GB memory kits, but more and more companies have developed overclocking friendly 4GB modules and with the right platforms it tends for good performance in both capacities and transfer speeds.
