The homenetworks best friend – LaCie Biggest S2S 2.5TB

LaCie is known for its massive storage solutions that is not only available to companies but also to consumers. LaCie has a number of external storage series and except for external harddrives there are several different network solutions that works as completely independent Ethernet-network. The top pf the line series Biggest S2S is such a model and now the manufacturer has updated its series with a new topmodel. The earlier model with 1.25TB capacity just got a new bigger brother that can store up to 2.5TB, twice the size!

Biggest S2S uses the SATA II interface and will through this technology be able to sustain a speed at 187MB/s.

Biggest S2S is perhaps what you might call a consumer product reguarly. Costing $3449 this might not be the first choice for many to stowe away in the closet. But then again there’s nothing wrong with daydreaming a little.
