Silver Arrow is the latest cooler from Thermalright and it brings some cool news. This includes four powerful 8mm heatpipes, two cooling towers and two 160x140mm fans.
The fans has a round 140mm frame, but are 160mm high, which makes them the biggest we’ve seen on a processor cooler. The PWM-controlled fans operate between 500-1300 RPM at noise levels between 17-21dBA.
The cooler weighs 825 gram without fans and comes with a copper base and copper heatpipes, with fitting nickel coating.
The cooler consists of two towers and have a design much like Noctua D14 or Cogage’sArrow model, a Thermalright subsidiary. Both have been tested with good results. Thermalright claims that the fin design of Silver Arrow is optimized for high cooling capacity, with minimal noise.
Thermalright Silver Arrow supports all current processor platforms from both AMD and Intel, price pending.
