MSI has, like Gigabyte, relased some information on its coming Sandy Bridge motherboards. It is not as generous as Gigabyte with information on the coming LGA1155 family, but three models have now appeared on pictures. They are all blue and black with lots of features.
MSI P67A-GD65, P67A-GD55 and H67MA-ED55 is the name of the boards where the two first use the regular ATX format and the latter settle for the more space efficient micro-ATX format.
The circuit boards are black and covered with components in black and blue, which is a pretty sober and neutral design without being boring. The three boards all support SATA 6.0 Gbps and USB 3.0, dual PCIe x16 slots, passive cooling for chipset and power supply. MSI has also included an OC Genie II button for quick and efficient overclocking.
The two ATX motherboards have measuring spots for voltages, while the mATX models instead has a lot of video outputs in the form of DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI and D-Sub. Prices were not revealed, but the cards are ready to launch as Sandy Bridge launches.
