The tip of the day is much easier than it may sound and is simply about the command prompt we refer to now and then. Ordinarily you start the command prompt by typing cmd in Run or navigate to the link on the start menu. When you’ve started the command prompt you type the command for what you want to do; start a certain program or similar. If you already know what command you are going to run after starting the command prompt there is a faster way. Open Run and type “cmd /k COMMAND”, /k is a switch that will make the command prompt run the application you want. If you want to run ipconfig: Thanks goes out to Elias!
“cmd /k ipconfig”
