The tip of the day will show you how to control the length of the e-mails you send. If you’re using Outlook to send e-mail you will when you reply or forward messages also send along the original mail included at the end of your new mail. If both you and your contacts send e-mails the same way this will result in some very long mails. If you feel that this “history” isn’t necessary you can simply set so that the original message isn’t included with your mail. Go to Options in the Tools menu and click E-mail Options. Under “On replies and forwards” you can change how Outlook will handle your original messages. If you want it to be included or not, or e.g. attached as a file.
