TwinMOS is a name which bears high recognition among the overclockers who were around for the golden BH5 era. TwinMOS managed to get a hold of some good batches of BH5 chips back then and they were highly regarded among overclockers, mainly because you were often limited by the memories when overclocking your system, but with BH5 chips you could (more or less) just feed them more voltage and they just kept scaling. Well, since then TwinMOS has been a name to reckon with, but over the last few months, with ever-dropping DRAM chip prices, it’s been hard to stay in the black. Apparently, it has now reached a point where the only thing left to do is to throw in the towel, DigiTimes reports.
