TwinMOS has expanded its assortment of DDR3 memory modules and set its sights on the enthusiast market by launching two high-end modules; TwiSTER DDR3-1600 and TwiSTER DDR3-1800. The specifications of the modules share the same latencies of 8-8-8-21 amd the operating voltage of 1.8V. The modules are built from eight Micron 128MB memory chips which results in a total capacity of 1GB. It remains to be seen when TwinMOS new modules appears in stores, and of course how much they will cost.
