Warner Bros. is as most movie companies mad at the illegal filesharing but in difference to the others it seems it has realized that a similar but legal service would be a good option for reclaiming its customers. Warner Bros. is namely expected to launch a filesharing service together with the company Arvato Mobile. The new service will be used to sell movie and TV series online and distribute them through downloading from its ln2Movies service. The at first three countries that will have the service are Germany, Austria and Switzerland and the service should be ready to be launched in March. To begin with only a limited number of movies will be available, among others “Batman Begins” and “The O.C”.
