Windows Vista is getting pretty renowned for its steady delays even it the features and functions is starting to catch up the closer the launch date we’re coming. Now it seems that Microsoft once again is uncertain exactly when it will be ale to launch its new operating system. Jim Allchin who is one of the most involved in the development of Vista has now said that it is planning on launching Vista at the end of 2006, the same tiem he will reitre. But at the same time he says that Vista will be delayed if the operating system doesn’t match the quality expected from the consumers.
