Zotac has taken a shine to small systems and minimal formfactors. Therefore micro-ATX is almost on the large side from the Asian component maker. Pictures of a new mATX motherboard from Zotac has surfaced, sporting Intel’s coming H67 chipset, ready for Sandy Bridge.

Intel H67 will take full advantage of the integrated graphics processor of Sandy Bridge and because of this Zotac has given this board no less than three different digital video outputs, DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort.

The processor slides into the LGA 1155 socket and fetch data from the four DDR3 memory slots through thr integrated dual-channel memory controller. Zotac’s motherboard sports 4+1+1 phases with Japanese capacitors and inductors.

The board comes with one PCIe x16 slots and two PCIe x1 slots. Even if H67 doesn’t support the PCI interface anymore Zotac has equipped the board with a single PCI slots, courtesy of a bridge chip from ITE.

As expected there is plenty of USB ports, both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, and SATA 6.0 Gbps and 8 channel audio processor form Realtek. Name and price remains to be seen, but the activity at motherboard manufacturers increase as we approach the launch of Intel’s next big launch.
