The Inquirer has a very interesting article discussing the new 64-bit processor technology. With a planned announcement of AMD’s new Opteron next month the 64-bit processors is literally around the corner, and Intel still has some months to go. But is the market ready for 64-bit computing yet? Will this give AMD the breakthrough they are hoping for, or are Intel right about an immature market?
