Today in my inbox (Anton) was a mail from ASUS where they were telling me about their new 8x DVD-burner.The thing that makes this burner somewhat special is the fact that it can burn both DVD-R and DVD+R in 8x. Most other can at best only burn DVD+R in those speeds. If you want to rewrite you have to settle for 4x, this goes for both + and -.
The thing we don’t know about the burner, which is gonna be called ASUS DRW-0804P, is the price. Hopefully we will know tomorrow.
