ASUSTek has announced four new cards of the Radeon HD 3000 series. ASUS EAH3870X2/G/HTDI/1G is the new flagship of ASUS Radeon series. It sports two RV670 cores linked together with an internal bridge chip, a card also known as R680. The cores runs at 825MHz and 1GB GDDR3 memory at 1.8GHz. The card uses the reference cooler we’ve seen so many pictures of already, with a sticker you will definitely notice. Along with the EAH3870X2/G/HTDI/1G, ASUS has launched two cards based on Radeon HD 3650; ASUS EAH3650 TOP/HTDI/256M and ASUS EAH3650/HTDI/256M.

The differences between the two Radeon HD 3650 cards are the GPU and memory clocks. The TOP version is the faster of the two, and sports 800MHz GPU and 1.8GHz memory clock. The non-TOP card has a 725MHz GPU and 1.6GHz memory clock. They have the exact same cooler, 256MB memory and 128-bit memory interface.

Last and … least, is the ASUS EAH3450/HTP/256M, which has a GPU frequency of 600MHz and 256MB GDDR2 memory working at 1GHz over a 64-bit bus. It comes with a passive cooler and should be an option for HTPC builders.
