We mentioned before that NVMax has given out Detonator FX, but this news deserve more attention on second thoughts. nVidia has really worked hard to solve all the complaints which the FX-serie has received. They have among other things looked at their trilinear filtering which earlier was not so good in a performance point of view. They have also increased both image quality and performance in a row of applications and the driver also provides new features in addition to this.
It’s absolutly worth a look. Literally it feels like a new card when installing Detonator FX if you have a card in the FX series. We will, with this reason, update our review of Gainwards GeForce FX 5800 Ultra in a short period of time.
nVidia makes clear that they have one of the best software teams.
