Core 2 Duo E6300 has been the most frequently used processor for those who are trying to achieve FSB records, where the current is at 648MHz. Now that C2D E6320 has arrived are many who are wondering if this one is just as good for overclocking and it seems so. Swedish overclocker PytonOrm has namely managed to push the E6320 to 3,732MHz (7×533.1MHz) and been able to reach an FSB at 554MHz. All results were achieved with pure air cooling and not voltage modifications of the motherboards

Eve if the result isn’t surprising it is still a very good overclock that confirms that also C2D E6320 has a lot to offer for the enthusiast community.
