OCZ has extended the Reaper HPC series with a new DDR2 kit. The kit consists of two 2 GB modules running at PC2-6400 (800 MHz) speeds, 4-4-4-15 timings and an operating voltage at 2.1 V. The 4GB Reaper HPC CAS 4 Edition modules use the HPC heatspreader first seen with the OCZ PC2-8500 Reaper HPC Edition, and is designed for enthusiasts and gamers. The new memory is a part of OCZ’ premium line-up is therefore covered by the lifetime warranty. The modules also use OCZ EVP technology, which basically means that you can raise the voltage to 2.2 V without invalidating the warranty.
