OCZ Vindicator is the latest heatsink of the “muscle category,” where a massive heatsink is paired with heatpipe technology and a usually quiet fan. With a design very similar to Scythe Ninja and Tuniq Tower 120 we were hoping for just as impressive performance, but that doesn’t seem to be the case if we’re to trust Legitreviews’ latest article. They’ve namely published a review of OCZ’ new monster cooler and unfortunately it seems that there aren’t many positive things to say about the cooler. The cooler is in some aspects way too big, the 150mm high cooler simply doesn’t fit inside many cases and the cooling is not up to par despite the massive size. This could very well prove to be the answer to ancient question “does size matter?” It’s doesn’t seem so.
