“The latest part of the popular Street Fighter saga.”

Street Fighter IV may be more graphically intense then we’re used to with this series, but there is no doubt that the top graphics cards of today can render hundreds of FPS with this game. Radeon HD 5870 once again impress and even if everything above 100 FPS is really just a cherry on the vanilla ice cream it whips both AMD’s and NVIDIA’s dual-GPU graphics cards with ease. The card squeeze out more than twice as many FPS as the precursor , 2.7TFLOPS anyone?

Left 4 Dead

“Butcher zombies for survival.”

Left 4 Dead is yet another DirectX 9 game and some extra frames doesn’t hurt when you try to fight off oncoming hoards of zombies. Just like Street Fighter we see that 1920×1200 pixel resolution is not enough to make the graphics cards really sweat. Radeon HD 5870 continues to bring home victories and easily moves all other single-GPU cards to the back row, not even 4870X2 or GTX295 are fast enough to keep up in the end even if the margins are slim.
