The flagship of the R600 series will be named Radeon X2900 XTX, but exactly when AMD/ATI’s new graphics card will appear has been a bit more uncertain. DailyTech now claims that the launch date has been set to March 30 and that we by then will see the card in stores, in other words no more paper launches. Radeon X2900 XTX will, as expected, use up to 700 million transistors and sport 1GB GDDR4 memory using a 512-bit memory bud. The card will also have an integrated support for CrossFire and HDMI, which is something many will appreciate. In about a month we should all know the final and tasty details about the rumored R600 circuit.
