Samsung has during the 3GSM event unveiled a new series of mobile phones in the form of U600, U700, U300 and U100; Ultra Edition II series. The first two have keypads that slide down and they are also the thickest of the bunch, not sure if thick is a proper word though; 10.1mm (U600) and 12.1mm (U700). EDGE support is found on all models, while U700 also has HSDPA support. U300 is the only one that’s a clamshell, but it’s still thinner than the other two; 9.6mm. U100 is in fact the previously revealed Ultra Edition 5.9 we reported about. With a 3MP Camera, Bluetooth, 70MB memory, MP3/ACC/eAAC+/WMA/ MPEG4/H.263 support and 1.93″ TFT display there is a lot of features hidden in the 5.9mm thin shell.
Samsung U600
