Earlier today we reported about what was suppose to be MSI RX2600XTX, but we hesitated both once and twice whether that was really reliable. We can’t say that it is anymore. Previous information we’ve received and new information posted today suggests differently. RV670 will be called Radeon HD 2950 and will be available in two flavors; RV670 Pro and RV670 XT. The XT will run at 825 MHz GPU and 2,400 MHz memory (GDDR4) and indeed have a 256 bit memory bus. The Pro will have GDDR3 memory running at 1,800 MHz and slightly lower GPU frequency; 750 MHz. This correlates better with what we from before than the previous post, and is most likely the correct specifications.
