Linux has taken great steps forward in terms of usability, where Ubuntu has been the forerunner, and a successful such. Microsoft has taken more than a few hits over the last year, it’s OK to blame Vista, and from what we hear Microsoft is putting a lot of faith in its coming Windows 7 operating system, which is due later this year.
