Apple usually strikes hard on copyright infringements: sue first and ask questions later has been the parole so far. Now it seems it has made the mistake, or it is yet another attentionseeking company attempting to get some PR and free capital instead of actually selling products. Anyway, Contois Music & Technology has sued Apple and claims that the company has stolen parts of an interface it has developed for a software music player. None of the companies has answered any questions so far and it is uncertain what chances Contois has, but this is far from the first suit Apple has had.
