ASUS is one of the companies that will manufacture cards with AGEIA’s physics processor PhysX and the rumors now says that ASUS consumer version of PhysX will be shipped soon. The big problem with PhysX is the lack of software, I.e. games, that support the technology, but ASUS has decided to do its best to soften the blow when buying a PhysX card. It has namely made a deal with UbiSoft that makes it possible for ASUS to ship its PhysX cards with the new Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter (GRAW). GRAW isn’t just one of the first full version games that support PhysX but also considered a good game, which adds a lot of value to ASUS’ PhysX card. If it’s enough to convince early buyers remains to be seen, according to the information that has surfaced the card will arrive at the end of the month.
