LCD-TV has just as the LCD monitors on the PC market started to take over more and more. Slang as flat TV and wallmounted TV is pretty common in most product campaigns from larger home electronics stores and it really feels like LCD-TV will replace the old CRT. However the LCD-TV market isn’t exactly at its peak and LCD-TV manufacturers believe that the market for LCD-TVs will almost double during 2006, which is a quite optimistic estimation. Also the competition, Chi Mei Optoelectronics, estimate an increase at about 80%.
