The tip of the day will show you how you can set a password for the Guest account even though there is not setting for it in the Control Panel.
Start up the command prompt:
Start > Run > cmd
Type:
Net user guest password
Replace password with the word you want and then Windows XP will ask for a password the next time someone tries to log in with the Guest account.
