Zalman is a cooling manufacturer that designs products mainly for the noise-hating enthusiasts and you can’t deny that water cooling is an excellent way of eliminating noise. The latest water block from Zalman is designed for NVIDIA’s latest high-end series of graphics cards; GeForce 8800. ZM-GWB8800 GTX is a large water block covering not just the GPU, but also the memory circuits. The cooler is made from aluminum and costs €65 in stores. The performance is hard to predict, but there should be some more room for pushing the frequencies even higher, while also reducing the noise.
As you can see on the pictures below the nipples are placed on top of the cooler and are angled so that the tubing face ”the right way.” This should mean that the water block will not take up any more space than the stock cooler.
