Dell seems to have gotten some really good prices on AMD’s CPU’s. This isn’t hard to guess why, since AMD must’ve given Dell a really good offer to get the world’s largest computer builder to let Intel down. Now we’ve got some information concerning Dell’s new AMD laptops and the prices seems to be really good. Dell will most surely release more laptops during November using AMD CPU’s with a pricing probably around 500 USD. The entry models will use a 15.4″ display with a pricing at around 449-499 USD, whilst a 17″ model probably will be released in the beginning of the next year.
AMD’s hoping to get a bigger share of the laptop market by working together will Dell. As of today, less than 15% of the world’s laptops use AMD CPU’s.
