Windows Vista is suppose to be Microsoft’s most secure operating system so far and Vista’s foundation has been designed to be as safe as possible. At Znet they’ve posted an article about some of the new features we will see with Windows Vista. Among others a similiar user handling that we can see with Linux and Mac OS X today. Basically we’re talking about strong restrictions of the cricital parts of the operating system, even Internet Explorer 7.0 will have limited access to increase security. Vista will most likely be more secure than Windows XP, which perhaps isn’t such a great thing to brag about, but at the same it is going to be interesting to see how MS will make the OS easy to use and still keep the high level of security.
