Firefox is the second most used browser after Microsoft’s Internet Explorer. However this doesn’t mean that Firefox is even close to IE’s user figures but at the same time Firefox has grown more and more for each month the last year. One goal has been to grab 10% of the surfers over with Firefox 1.0. This seems to have been achived nowm even with a margin, if we are to believe OneStat that has published an Internet survey where Firefox has increased 2.8 percent since April up to 11.5%. IE has slipped to 85.5% and this is a new low it hasn’t seen in many, many years.

The figures are questioned though by other similar firms as OneStat apparently has the bad habit of counting Mozilla Suite and Firefox as the same, but anyway Firefox is looking to be a player to count on.
