AMD celebrated when the first shipments of the new mid-range processor Llano was heading out to partners. It is probably not as happy now that the first pictures of both Fusion A processors and the new FM1 socket has leaked. We’re offered pictures of the APU and a screenshot from CPU-Z.

Llano is an application processor unit that is different from AMD’s previous desktop processor since it also has powerful graphics processor inside. The processor architecture uses AMD’s Phenom II-based cores that has been improved is now called Stars. AMD A series will be the name of the series when they arrive in stores and beside integrated graphics, they will sport two or four cores.

The Llano APU that has been pictured reveals the rather uncommon pin setup AMD’s new processors will use. Even if the circuit is too new to be recognied by CPU-Z we can read a clock frequency at 2.4 GHz and four active cores.

We can’t be certain of the authenticity of the pictures, but with processors heading out to partners and system builders the risk of leaks increases dramatically, which does add some credibility to these rumors.
