GeForce 7800 GTX 512MB is expected to arrive within a week and even if we have to wait until then to see what the performance and price will be like, they both seems to be quite high. The performance will even, if the rumours are correct, be really impressive but at the same time the price will be extremely high which indicates that nVidia is releasing 7800 GTX 512MB simply to make things worse for ATi, which is tryting to work its way back with its recently launched X1800-series. The recommended price for Radeon X1800 XT 512MB is 549 USD which have made more than a few frown upon the card, however GeForce 7800 GTX 512MB is expected to cost almost ridicously high 649 USD.
