Microsoft has as you perhaps know a beta version of a Anti-Spyware program that has turned out to be a bit too effective according to some other developers. One of the companies that has had to suffer the most is Norton and its Antivirus which is classified as a password stealing trojan by Microsoft’s Anti-Spyware. Those who follow the Anti-Spyware program’s instructions will erase important parts of Norton Antivirus and it forces the user to alter the registry and reinstall your antivirus software. The problem is ventilated quite heavily in Microsoft’s support forum and not just by users but also companies that have had their systems’ protection corrupted by Anti-Spyware.
