LCD TV prices have been dropping quite a lot lately and we’re all of course very happy about it, well at least us consumers. The panel manufacturers are not quite as happy and earlier we heard that several of them would raise the price of its 32″ panels to try and stop the price drop. However, the market hasn’t developed the way they thought and the sales simply aren’t as high as expected, which has now resulted in that they’ve chosen to delay the raise. This only applies to the 32″ panels from AUO, CMO and LG-Philips LCD, but there may be more involved, according to DigitTimes, while the larger panels will be at the same level as before.
