Hipro5 and his hardcore preparations

This isn’t exactly what I would call news, but I still want to bring some attention to this man and his rather extreme work. Hipro5 is known for his soldering skills and he has proven one time after another that he can perform physical and voltage modifications of both motherboards and graphics cards like few others. He’s back now and preparing for a new round of benching, and as a teaser he has published some rather hardcore pictures of his preparations. First of all he decided that the coils around the socket were obstructing him. So he moved them to the back of the board.

Then he decided to add some capacitors to the board.

Some VCore and Vdroop mods.

And finally the insulation.

This is a bit more hardcore than what most other benchers do, and perhaps not always needed, yet one wonders how you survived without it when you see these pictures.
