Netbooks is one few computers with a positive sales curve in spite of the tight economy. A large reason for this is of course that they are cheap. Already in 2008 the sales escalated and this year we’re supposed to buy around 35 million netbooks, says ABI Research. This is just the start though. The market is expected to quadruple up until 2013 when we are expected to buy 139 million netbooks. Something not all analysts consider a good thing. Especially since the processor market will become diluted as more and more choose the cheaper and less profitable models.
