Thecus D0204 holds two 2.5″ hardddrives in a compact format and up to 2 TB of storage. D0204 is a so-called DAS (Direct Attached Storage) unit that can be used as an external harddrive, or to expand the storage capacity of a storage server.
Thecus has used the new SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface that together with dual 2.5″ drives and RAID (1, 0 and Large) can bring some impressive transfer speeds. The drives are hot-swappable and can thus be exchanged anytime, anywhere.
Thecus D0204 measures 86mm x 55.3mm x 132mm and supports all SATA drives, both mechanical and solid state.
