The noise from a fan spawns from three things: turbulence, fan engine and vibrations. Xilence has worked to remove the latter from the equation for a silent system with its latest series of fans, 2CF. The fans are available as 80mm, 92mm and 120mm models and has a frame made from rubber, to stop vibrations from spreading.
The fans will operate at 12V or 7V and will achieve 66.3 CFM at 1500 RPM. The price wasn’t mentioned, but they launch in May.
